In 2002, Benjamin Caine Hollioake, a promising English cricket player who played for the England cricket team and Surrey County Cricket Club in the 1990s, lost his life in a fatal vehicle accident.

In Australia, the cricket player and his girlfriend were in the car when it crashed, killing the 24-year-old and gravely hurting his girlfriend. Officers reportedly ruled out speeding and drunkenness as contributing factors in the collision and were investigating if a spot of oil on the road killed him.

Andrew Symonds

Andrew Symonds, a legendary cricket player from Australia, passed away in 2022 after a single-car accident in Queensland. The 46-year-old cricket player was in his automobile by himself when the collision happened. His automobile rolled down an embankment after veering off the road, although it was unclear why, according to sources. Clifford Lee Burton  (Composer , Actor & Soundtrack was born on February 10, 1962 in Castro Valley, California, to Janet (Morgen) and Ray Herbert Burton. He had two siblings. His mother was from a German Jewish family, and his father was of British Isles descent.

Ayrton Senna

Ayrton Senna da Silva was born in Sao Paulo, Brazil to a wealthy family. When he was four years old his father Milton bought him a go-kart, and by age eight Ayrton was regularly competing in karting events. His career progressed quickly, and in 1982 he moved to England to pursue his racing. In 1984 he came to the attention of the whole world by racing in Formula One. Over the next ten years he won the World Championship three times and engaged in some controversial racing with France’s Alain Prost and England’s Nigel Mansell. Ayrton Senna was killed on 1 May 1994 in a race at the San Marino Grand Prix when his car, which had been beset with problems the entire season, inexplicably left the track and crashed into the concrete barrier. His was the last death in Formula One due to the major safety reforms that the tragic weekend at Imola had brought about.

 

Anne Heche

Hollywood actress Anne Heche suffered a severe brain injury after she crashed her car into a residence on August 5, 2022. A week after the car accident, she succumbed to the injuries and passed away on August 12. She was 53 years old.
